California Shutters can be customized for operable doors – like French and sliding doors. The French doors use a special frame to which our shutter panel is then mounted. The framing surrounds the glass area on the French door. A modified shutter panel is used for French doors where the knob interferes with the frame. Sometimes we ask you to change your levered typed handles. We can also cover extra wide patio doors and provide a variety of fold back options.
